Communicate the KCDES model to another person to the point where they understand what leadership is and could tell it to you in their own words. You do not need to be thorough nor do they need to thoroughly understand, however, they should understand in general the overall model.
The person can be a parent. A significant other. A friend. A mentor. Anyone else.
Take note of their reception to this.
Do they embrace the idea? Do they reject the idea? Does it not impact them at all?
